Hello ASA Families! ππΎ
Thank you to all the families who attended our fifth-grade performances. Our students truly showed their talents and dedication, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work they put into their performances. Thank you as well for taking the time to support your children during our Student-Led Celebrations. Your presence means so muchβnot only to the students, but also to our teachers. It is valuable for everyone to share in the successes of our students and to reflect together on areas where we can continue to grow and improve.
A special note for our eighth-grade families: panoramic photos will be taken on Thursday the 23rd at 1 PM. Students must be in full uniform only. Please do your best to ensure your child is present, as there will be no make-up opportunities for this photo.

We hope you all have a wonderful week ahead.

This week, our Wolves are learning about motivation β what helps us start tasks, keep going when things feel hard, and take pride in effort. Students are learning that motivation grows when we set goals, notice progress, and believe in ourselves. Understanding motivation helps children build perseverance, confidence, and a growth mindset. πππΊ Reflection Questions for Home: - What helps you feel motivated to try your best?
- How do you keep going when something feels challenging?
- What does it feel like to accomplish a goal?
|
1.Goal-Setting Together Set a small, achievable goal and celebrate progress along the way.
2.Effort Over Outcome Praise effort, strategies, and persistence rather than results.
3.Reflect & Celebrate Talk about successesβbig or smallβand what helped achieve them.
Supporting motivation at home helps our Wolves build confidence and resilience. ππΊβ |
