Celebrating Our 8th Grade Class of 2026 – Upcoming Events & Promotion Details
Dear 8th Grade Families,
As we approach the end of the school year, we are excited to celebrate our incredible 8th grade class of 2026 with a series of memorable milestone events! Please review the important dates and details below so your family can be part of these special moments.
Upcoming 8th Grade Events
📅 May 8 at 5:00 PM
8th Grade Dance
A fun evening for students to celebrate together!
📅 May 15 at 8:30 AM
8th Grade vs. Staff Softball Game
Families are invited to come cheer on their team—we would love to see you there!
🎟 Promotion Ticket Pick-Up Begins at 8:15 AM (at the softball game)
- Each family will receive five (5) tickets to the promotion ceremony
- Tickets are required for entry – no exceptions due to capacity limitations
- If you are unable to attend the game, please make arrangements to pick up your tickets from the school office
📅 May 18
8th Grade Field Trip to Knott’s Berry Farm
Tickets are $52 and can be purchased in the front office (exact cash or check).
Permission slips were sent home on April 23 and are due no later than April 29.
Students who already have a Knott’s pass do not need to purchase a ticket.
Important Knott’s Food Policy:
Outside food is not allowed inside the park.
The school will not be providing lunch for this trip.

Knott’s is a cashless park and accepts:
VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
Apple Pay & Google Pay
Cash-to-card kiosks are available throughout the park to convert cash into prepaid cards (no fee).
- 8:15 AM – Trimester 3 Awards Assembly
- 12:15 PM – 8th Grade Farewell Parade
- 4:00 PM – 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
Last Day of School & Field Day
We’ll close out the year with our traditional Field Day fun!
