Universal Benefits Application for 2026–2027

Why this matters:
Completing the Universal Benefits Application (UBA) could qualify your child for valuable benefits such as Summer EBT/SUN Bucks, internet access, school transportation, and more—all without affecting your student’s ability to receive free school meals.

It also helps Allegiance STEAM Academy obtain grants and additional funding that directly support programs and services for our students.

What you need to do:
  1. Click on the form link below to complete the Universal Benefits Application right within ParentSquare forms
  2. Submit your form via ParentSquare.
If you need help completing the application, you may designate an authorized representative—even if they are not a household member. If you wish to complete a paper version of this form, please contact the ​ASA front office.

Complete and submit your Universal Benefits Application today to ensure your child receives every benefit they are eligible for—and to help ASA secure important funding for our school. Applications will be accepted throughout the school year.  The application deadline for California's 2026 SUN Bucks (Summer EBT) program is August 31, 2026. Families must submit by this date to establish eligibility for the 2026 benefit.
