📣 Now Enrolling Session 1 : ASA After-School Clubs & Sports Through ELOP!

We’re excited to announce that sign-ups for our Extended Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) after-school clubs, sports, and tutoring are now open! 
Whether you’re new to ASA or just need a quick refresher, here’s everything you need to know to get started.

🔍 Important Reminders

  • This form indicates interest only and does not guarantee placement.
  • Carefully review club days and grade-level eligibility to avoid scheduling conflicts or double-booking.
  • Club descriptions, schedules, and grade-level information can be found here.
✅ How to Register
  1. Complete the Interest Form by Friday, August 28, 2026
    • Begin by selecting the club from the options listed below.
    • One form per child is required. If you have multiple students interested, please complete separate forms for each.
  2. Selection Process
    • Submissions will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • Most clubs and sports accept between 10 to 30 students, depending on the activity.
    • Priority is given to students not currently enrolled in any other ELOP activities.
  3. Confirmation & Next Steps
    • Families will receive a notification via email by Tuesday, September 8, if their student has been selected.
    • Selected students must have a signed waiver on file to finalize their participation. This waiver was part of the 2026-2027 online registration completed through your PowerSchool Parent Portal.
    • Waitlisted students will also be notified via email.
    • Once clubs begin, all further communication will come directly from the club advisor.
📅 ELOP Schedule
  • 2:55 PM – School Dismissal
  • 2:55 – 3:05 PM – Snack
  • 3:05 – 4:05 PM – Club or Sports Time
  • 4:05 PM – Dismissal
    • Students enrolled in ASA’s after-school care program will return to care following their club or sport.
